Carcass pre-cleaning machine fitted with 2 whip-type cylinders with fiber beaters.  It is made of UPN sections in hot dip galvanized steel A-42.  Side sheets in stainless steel AISI-304.
It is driven by 2 gear motors type “EMB” which are oil lubricated for long-life.  Direct drive to both whip-type cylinders, which are held by shielded ZZ bearings.  These two whip-type cylinders are installed in a vertically inclined position to provide a higher efficiency cleaning.  This machine complies with U.N.E. standards.
